INGREDIENTS:
Mortadella (4 Slices)
Parma Ham (4 Slices)
Green Pesto (4 teaspoons)
Tomato Tartare (4 teaspoons)
Soft Boil / Poached egg (4)
Arugula Lettuce
Black Pepper & Coarse Sea Salt
PREPARATION:
Spread the lettuce on the plate.
Drizzle the Pesto & Tomato Tartare on and around the lettuce.
Place the poached egg in the centre and add slices of Mortadella & Parma on and around it.
Season with pepper and salt.
