INGREDIENTS
- 1 sol tortilla espanola
- 1 pack of sol sliced serrano ham
- 1 tub of sol sunkissed tomatoes
- 1 bag of fresh rocket leaves (60g)
- a drizzle of olive oil
METHOD
- Heat tortilla ( or serve cold) as instructed, place on serving plate
- Add slices of Serrano ham on top.
- Drizzle oil into bag with rocket, shake, place dressed leaves on top of ham.
- Lastly, place sunkissed tomatoes around the edge of the tortilla,
- serve & enjoy
